Also great to catch up with SuperBob Taylor, Bernie Mac, Gary Hackett and Captain Paul Mardon on the other side of the Shrine, it made the day prefect with a 4-1 win. Lovely instinctive goal from young Tom Fellows, two from Thomas Asanti who grows in stature every game, and the icing on the cake, a chat/interview with Ally Rob for the next cup programme, to go with those already in the can, John Kaye, John Wile and Ray Wilson. I can assure you some great memories from those gentlemen, that will make the fourth round programme another to savour!
“WHEREVER I HANG MY HAT”
Great afternoon at The Hawthorns, with Ray Wilson, Ally Robertson and Dave Butler, who were as always great company in the Regis Suite, with Norman Westbury, and a group of Newport County folk, who were there courtesy of the PFA and what great company they were! re-kindling my personal memories of Newport, the football Club, Somerton Park etc, which was an important part of my childhood.
