Despite another disappointing defeat by Bristol City on Boxing Day, a packed Richardson Suite was entertained royally by Andy Johnson, a true blue and white Bristol lad, Darryl Burgess, Gary Hackett and Paul Mardon, another Bristol exile of the red and white persuasion.
On the other side of the shrine, Secretary Geoff Snape and Treasurer Norman Westbury were joined by yet another Bristolian Mick Fudge and David Ashman son of the late Alan of course, and other guests of the association.
Although the result was not the one Albion needed, the players have the opportunity to put things right with a much needed win against Queens Park Rangers tomorrow night (Monday) before we say ‘”hello” to 2026!
